Two processing operations, and an honest account of everywhere else
Two processing operations, one on each side of the border. Enterprise refreshes, infrastructure take-outs and decommissioning programmes are executed on your sites and processed at ours — and knowing which facility holds your estate is a question every provider should answer in one sentence.
The coverage model
Why we do not publish a map with twenty pins on it
It is common in this industry to present a national footprint as a page of city names, each one implying a facility that does not exist. It reads well and it survives exactly one question from a procurement team: which of these addresses holds my data-bearing assets overnight?
Our answer is short. We operate two processing facilities — Lewisville, Texas and London, Ontario — and assets are processed at one of them. Nowhere else. Programme execution happens wherever the engagement requires: de-installation, network take-out, floor clearance, reconciliation and packing at your site, then a single documented custody chain to the facility that will process it.
That is a smaller claim than a twenty-pin map. It is also one you can audit.
Where we are
Two processing operations, and what each one runs
- Lewisville, Texas — 70,000 sq ft
Dallas–Fort Worth
The US processing operation. Serialized intake, sanitization, testing and grading, refurbishment for reuse, mobile-device processing and warehousing, on one floor under one certified management system.
- Canadian processing operation
London, Ontario
The Canadian processing operation — a working site, not a consolidation point. Comparable lifecycle, refurbishment and recovery processing for the Canadian estate, so Canadian assets do not have to cross the border to be sanitized.
Tell us the sites, the estate and the dates, and we will tell you plainly whether the programme is one we should be executing.
Scope a programmeInternational sales offices
Commercial offices — and what they are not
These are sales and commercial offices. They are not processing facilities. No sanitization, testing, grading, refurbishment or disposition work is performed at any of them, and no asset is processed at any address other than Lewisville or London.
We list them because a European or Latin American buyer should know there is someone commercially accountable in their region — and because the distinction between a sales presence and a processing facility is exactly the one this industry blurs.

How a multi-site programme is actually executed
Enterprise estates in Texas are rarely in one place. A refresh spans offices across Austin, San Antonio, Houston and the DFW suburbs; an infrastructure take-out spans the sites the network actually runs through. We execute in all of them. What we do not do is imply a processing depot in each one.
The practical difference is in sequencing and custody, not capability. A floor cleared in Plano and a floor cleared in San Antonio are the same work against a different schedule, and on a multi-site programme the sequencing is the entire problem — which site releases when, what the hand-back dates are, and how the asset record stays whole across all of them. That belongs in scoping, not in a marketing claim.
If your estate is outside Texas entirely, say so early. Some programmes make sense for us and some do not, and we will tell you which.
FAQ
Questions about coverage
Do you have facilities in Austin, Houston or San Antonio?
Where does processing actually happen?
Why does the location of the processing facility matter at all?
You list offices in Europe, Mexico and the UAE. Are those processing sites?
What scale of programme is this arranged for?
Scope the programme, not the pickup.
Sites, estate, hand-back dates and what has to be evidenced. We will come back with an execution plan — or an honest referral if the work is not ours.
