Most organizations treat end-of-life technology as something to get rid of. That framing creates both of the risks that follow: an untracked data-bearing device becomes a reportable breach, and hardware that still carries real market value gets handled carelessly enough to destroy it.

The discipline that protects the data is the same discipline that preserves the value.

Serialized inventory, verified sanitization and controlled handling are what let us prove where every asset went — and what let that same asset be graded, warranted and sold into a premium channel instead of scrapped. Sanitize first. Recover value second. Never the reverse.

Devices flagged for legal hold are segregated on arrival into restricted-access storage and cannot be wiped or transferred until a written release is received and logged from your authorized representative.

Every door — inbound, outbound and internal zone transitions — is covered by AI-enabled cameras with real-time anomaly detection. A single-entry, single-exit control policy is managed from a dedicated security desk, which eliminates tailgating and unauthorized device removal as a category of risk.
